This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing and protecting personal data of users of the Jarnama Public website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

• Photos of the object, if the user attaches them in WhatsApp

The Site does not request or require the provision of special categories of personal data, including health information, biometric data, bank details or identity documents.

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Communication with the user regarding their request
• Preparation of cost estimates, commercial proposals and 3D sketches
• Clarification of decoration parameters and arranging a specialist visit
• Business correspondence and fulfillment of agreements
• Protection of the Site from technical abuse

4. Legal Basis and Consent

By clicking the "Get quote via WhatsApp" button and checking the consent box, the user confirms that they act voluntarily, have read this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of the specified personal data for the purposes listed in Section 3.

Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until withdrawn by the user, unless a longer storage period is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the terms of a concluded agreement.

5. Data Transfer and WhatsApp

After filling out the form, the user is redirected to the WhatsApp application or web version and independently confirms sending the prepared message to the number +7 (707) 169-00-50.

Communication in WhatsApp is carried out using the infrastructure of WhatsApp/Meta. By independently sending a message, the user understands that data may be processed by this service according to its own rules. Such transfer may be cross-border in nature.

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties, except when it is necessary to fulfill the request, is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or the user has given separate consent.

6. Storage and Protection of Data

The Operator applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, loss or destruction. Access to data is granted only to persons who need it to process the request and provide services.

Data is stored no longer than necessary for communication, preparation of a proposal, fulfillment of a contract and compliance with legal requirements.
